Absolutely awesome service. Bought the car unseen from QLD. Cal provided heaps of photos and videos, helped sort the inspection, dropped off at Toyota for a 2nd inspection, sorted a seat issue, fixed a couple of stone chips, stayed in contact the whole time and sorted delivery to QLD. Cant speak highly enough of a great bloke, friendly service and willing to work with you to sort issues. Picked up the car today and it is even better than described. MVAA is a great business and I wish it the success it deserves. Well done to all at MVAA as there are not many places like this in the industry.👍👍

As we are from SA, and as our vehicle requirements were quite specific, we looked further afield when seaching for a vehicle. Buying a car online, sight unseen is a daunting task, but Cal was very accomodating, providing a video walk-around of our prospective vehicle. He answered all of our queries in a timely manner, and even responded via text after hours. After much consideration,we paid in full, and then had a friend road trip our vehicle home. This whole process was well supported by Cal and his team. Even so, I was sure there would be a few imperfections upon arrival. We conceded that it's the price you pay in these circumstances. We were pleasantly surprised when our vehicle arrived home, no scratches, little dents or imperfections to speak of. Really very happy with the car. Cal also threw in six months warranty, which was quite unexpected, as we assumed that there would be none, due to the mileage of the vehicle (169k). I would recommend Cal and his team to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle, particularly those having to look further afield for that special purchase. Rob-South Australia.

Top people! Our new car window was playing so they purchased us the new part, sent it to us and took $$ off so we could have it installed. Not many places would do that, they would gladly take your money and leave you to spend more. Not these guys!! Totally recommend buying from these guys 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

I can't speak highly enough of my experience dealing with MVAA, being located 8hrs away I needed to be incredibly thorough with the information about the vehicle I was purchasing & Callum was incredibly quick to answer all my questions & provide additional photos & videos on request; this gave me the confidence I needed to complete the purchase. Pick-up day was incredibly smooth, everything was ready to go, basically just a quick check of the documents, a few signatures & I was on the road. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

Good experience dealing with MVAA. Spoke to other dealers prior to calling MVAA and got cold, harsh attitude from all of them but Callum was a breath of fresh air, made the buying experience easy and simple all while being a good bloke. Well worth the 2+ hour trip up from Sydney. Very fair with pricing and trade in evaluation as well.
